What would happen if you let go of negative and self-defeating thoughts and just allowed your thoughts to focus on the good you brought to the world? Would you immediately return to doubt? Would you allow your thoughts to manifest into emotions of love and compassion?
Why not practise remaining focused on love by allowing yourself to feel the love and goodness you inspire in the world, just for 10 seconds; even if it is just repeating the word, ‘love’, 10 times over. Allow yourself to notice that feeling you get afterward; that is you; that is the love that you manifest. As time goes on; and the more you practise, the more you travel your life journey filled with love in your. The miracle that takes place is the more love you manifest, the more love that you receive from both external and internal sources.
