Smudging prayer
'Good Grandmothers, Good Grandfathers of the Four Sacred Directions and Creator of All Good Things, our hearts are filled with gratitude of the Sacred Medicines that blesses us with a smudge that purifies our energy. We hold our hands up high in the air filled with gratitude for the Rooted Ones sacrifice.
We are grateful to participate in a smudging ceremony that awakens the sacredness of our energy, which has been impacted by our physical experience. The smudging ceremony purifies our energy, clearing our mind of judgment and gently opens our hearts to view the world, others and ourselves through the lens of compassion. The Smudging Ceremony awakens the pure spirit that resides within us all and leads us towards fully embracing and loving the gift of life.
